1. Acceptance

By accessing or using lucasrappart.com (“the Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

2. What the Site offers

The Site presents the work, services, and writing of Lucas Rappart. It also surfaces channels to engage with him — discovery calls, project inquiries, the coaching application, the newsletter, and a private client portal accessible to ongoing clients only. The Site is provided for informational and commercial-introduction purposes; it is not, by itself, a binding service contract.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• scrape, copy, or republish content without permission,
• attempt to access non-public areas or other users' data,
• upload viruses, malicious code, or anything designed to disrupt the Site,
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation,
• send spam, automated submissions, or commercial outreach unrelated to the form's purpose.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, design, photography, code — belongs to Lucas Rappart unless otherwise stated. Case study imagery and assets remain the property of their respective clients and are reproduced with permission. You may share short excerpts with credit and a link back; reproduction at scale requires written permission.

5. Newsletter

By submitting your email to the newsletter, you consent to receive periodic updates about the practice and writing. Unsubscribe at any time through the link in every email or by writing to contact@lucasrappart.com.

6. Coaching applications and engagements

Submitting a coaching application creates no obligation on either side. Each application is reviewed individually; an engagement only starts once a separate written coaching agreement is signed by both parties. That agreement covers scope, schedule, payment, cancellation, and refund terms.

Coaching is a guided practice, not a guaranteed outcome. While every engagement aims at concrete progress, no specific business, financial, or career result is promised — outcomes depend largely on the work the client puts in between sessions.

7. Project inquiries

Submitting an inquiry through the contact form does not create a binding engagement. Any project work is governed by a separate Statement of Work or Master Service Agreement signed before the engagement begins.

8. Disclaimers

Articles, opinions, and advice on the Site are shared in good faith but reflect personal experience, not legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on what you read here.

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While reasonable effort is made to keep it available, accurate, and free of errors, no warranty is given regarding uninterrupted availability or the absence of bugs.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, Lucas Rappart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any content on it. Liability for direct damages is, in any case, limited to the amount you may have paid for any service contracted through the Site over the previous twelve months.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains what data is collected and how it is used.

11. Changes

These Terms may be updated as the Site or applicable law evolves. Material changes will be flagged on this page with an updated “last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, with the exclusion of its conflict-of-laws rules and of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any dispute arising from or in connection with the Site or these Terms is Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland — subject to mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer's habitual residence where applicable.
