Finally Freelancing.
From employed designer to your first paying freelance clients in 90 days. 1:1 coaching with weekly calls, a designer-specific toolkit, and a guarantee built around your outcome — not my time.
Build the freelance practice that pays before you leave salary mode.
Designers don’t lack motivation. They lack the structure and accountability to turn it into action. So they wait for a right time that never comes and watch another year disappear into a job that was supposed to be temporary. This program is the structure.

How to position yourself in a defensible niche the right clients self-identify with.
- 02
How to package your work into scoped engagements with named outcomes and fixed prices.
- 03
How to run a prospecting plan you can actually maintain on a working week.
- 04
How to turn discovery calls into signed proposals without three rounds of negotiation.

I went independent in 2022 and built the practice the hard way: under-pricing, scoping to the bone, saying yes to wrong-fit clients. The coaching is the structure I wish someone had handed me three years earlier.
Instead of paying for the lesson with three years of margin, you clear the threshold in 90 days — with weekly 1:1 calls, the proposals and scripts that close real deals, and an outcome anchored on you landing your first paying client.
No fabricated case studies, no cohort firehose. Five active coachees at a time, and a guarantee a course-seller can’t offer.

You have 3+ years of in-house or agency design experience.
You’re going freelance in the next six months — for real, not someday.
You can ship the work and be held accountable to a weekly cadence.
You want a 1:1 partner running the playbook with you, not a course you binge alone.

Two commitments
14-Day Satisfaction Window
Within 14 days of kick-off, full refund, no questions asked. You see the program before you commit.
Outcome-Anchored Continuation
If by Day 90 you haven’t landed your first paying client, I keep coaching you 1:1, for free, until you do.
Frequently asked questions.
Do I need to be already freelancing?
No. The program is built around the transition itself — you start while still employed and walk out with your first paying clients. Three or more years of in-house or agency design experience is the floor.
How much time per week should I plan?
One 60-minute 1:1 call plus 3–5 hours of shipping in between. The program is designed to run alongside a full-time job. You transition pre-leap, not post-leap.
How is this different from a course?
Courses can’t give you structure, accountability, or 1:1 access to someone running the practice — and they can’t put an outcome on the line. This program is 1:1 only, and the guarantee carries the risk while the first cohorts ship.
What if it’s not for me after the first session?
14-day satisfaction window: if within 14 days of kick-off you decide it’s not for you, full refund, no questions asked.
What if I don’t land a client by Day 90?
Outcome-anchored continuation: if you stay past Day 14, do the work, and by Day 90 you haven’t landed your first paying freelance client, I coach you 1:1 for free until you do. No timer, no extra fees.
