What is the minimum commitment?
Three months. Anything shorter would be a Sprint. Most Embedded engagements run 6-12 months.
How many days per week do you commit?
The default cadence is 2 days/week with weekly syncs. I never run more than 2 Embedded engagements at a time.
Can you help us hire our first design hire?
Yes — defining the role, screening candidates, structuring portfolio reviews, and onboarding. Embedded is often the bridge to your first design hire.
What happens when we hire someone full-time?
Embedded engagements end with a clear handoff to the new design lead. I stay on for 4-6 weeks of overlap to transfer context.
Is there equity / partial-equity option?
For early-stage teams, partial cash + partial equity is possible. We discuss it during our first call.
